Xavier Sierra has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate business in the Costa del Sol having run Costa del Sol Estates from 1992 and currently owning from 2013 Parapar Luxury Estates, specialising in luxury resales in Mijas area.
In 2019, Xavier teamed up with Derek Cook, a British developer from the region of Cornwall and they created Parapar Development S.L.
The aim of the partnership is to create projects from scratch in privileged location and to ensure that we exceed the expectations of our clients.
